The property of Greenbank House consists of what was a large farmhouse with an attached independent annex. The top floor of the farmhouse, we refer to as High Greenbank, the ground floor is referred to as the Lower Greenbank and the annex, we refer to as Little Greenbank. High Greenbank contains the main kitchen, dining room and the living room. It also has family bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. Lower Greenbank has its own kitchen-diner, family bathroom and a seperate toilet, a double bedroom and a twin room. Little Greenbank has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge diner. The double garage has been converted to a games room housing a table tennis, tabe football and darts.
Outside, the property sits in mature private gardens. The property is approached over a cattle grid which brings you to the forecourt that contains parking for five cars. To the rear of the property, there is a patio area where you can sit our and enjoy alfresco dining. There is also an outbuilding where two to three bikes could be stored.
